14-day right of withdrawal
EU consumers buying at a distance generally have 14 days from delivery to notify us that they wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. Services generally have a 14-day period from contract conclusion. Legal exceptions may apply.
How to cancel
Send a clear statement to [returns email] with your name, order number and items. You may also add the EU model withdrawal form. After notifying us, return the goods within the applicable period to [returns address].
Condition and exceptions
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. Common exceptions can include personalised goods, rapidly perishable goods and sealed hygiene items unsealed after delivery. List only exceptions relevant to your products.
Refunds and faulty goods
Eligible refunds are made through the original payment method within the legally required timeframe. Refunds may be withheld until goods are received or evidence of return is supplied. Faulty or non-conforming goods are covered by statutory remedies and the applicable legal guarantee.
