These Terms and Conditions apply to consumer purchases made through UrbanOnlineShop.com. They should be read together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Privacy and Cookie policies. Nothing in these terms removes or limits mandatory rights available to consumers under Maltese or European Union law.
1. The online shop
Urban Online Shop operates this website as an online retail store. Current contact details and customer-service routes are available on our Contact page.
2. Products and availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Images may be illustrative and packaging, colour or minor presentation details may vary. Products remain subject to availability. We may correct obvious errors or withdraw products before an order is accepted.
3. Prices and charges
Prices are shown in euro (โฌ). The checkout displays the product total and any applicable delivery or other charges before you place the order. Where tax is applicable, prices are presented in accordance with the applicable rules.
4. Placing an order
Adding an item to the basket does not reserve it. You are responsible for checking your basket, delivery details and contact information before placing the order. After an order is submitted, we send an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation using the details provided.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Revolut-supported payment methods. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed unless another arrangement is expressly offered.
6. When we may decline or cancel an order
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, payment is not authorised, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, an age/location restriction applies, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel after payment has been taken, the relevant payment will be refunded.
7. Delivery
Delivery destinations, methods and charges are shown at checkout. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders should be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
EU consumers buying at a distance generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for eligible purchases, subject to legal exceptions. Details of how to cancel, return goods and receive refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Faulty or non-conforming goods
These terms do not affect statutory remedies for goods that are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal conformity guarantee for goods purchased from a professional trader, subject to applicable law and circumstances.
10. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate order and delivery information, use products in accordance with their instructions and warnings, and comply with any age, safety or legal restrictions that apply to a product.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or that result from misuse of a product, inaccurate customer information or events outside our reasonable control.
12. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern. Consumers may also have access to national consumer-protection bodies or alternative dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the country where they habitually reside.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The terms published at the time an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
